The role
You'll be the face of Evo Energy in your market — meeting homeowners, walking them through solar economics, and closing deals that genuinely improve their lives. We provide the leads, training, tech, and team. You bring the hustle.
What you'll do
- Generate and close residential solar deals through in-person and virtual presentations
- Educate homeowners on solar benefits, financing options, and savings projections
- Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
- Hit and exceed monthly KPIs in a competitive, supportive team environment
What we look for
- Hunger to earn — sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn the Evo Energy playbook
